Poker Card Room Rules
1. Card Room Rules
a.
The Betida Poker Card Room Rules ("Card Room Rules") must be read in conjunction with the Betida Terms and Conditions and Betida Poker Security & Ecology Policy, which together constitute a binding agreement ("Agreement") between you and Betida.
b.
In case of any inconsistency between the Card Room Rules, the Terms and Conditions, the Betida Poker Security & Ecology Policy, or any other rules applicable to Betida Poker, the resolution will follow this order of precedence:
- Terms and Conditions
- Card Room Rules
- Betida Poker Security & Ecology Policy
- Any other applicable rules.

The Card Room Rules are applicable to all poker games (excluding casino games) made accessible by Betida on the Betida Poker page, collectively referred to as “Poker Games” or “Poker Game”.
d.
In this Agreement, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.
e.
Unless otherwise defined in the Card Room Rules, capitalised terms shall have the meanings given to them in the Terms and Conditions.
f.
By playing any Poker Game you:
- Agree to comply with the Card Room Rules, Betida Poker Security & Ecology Policy and Terms and Conditions.
- Acknowledge that any breach of this Agreement may result in your Betida account being removed, restricted or suspended.
- Agree to be bound by the decisions of Betida relating to or arising from the Poker Games, which are final and determinative.
1.1. Basic Game Rules
- Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Poker Games utilize a standard 52-card poker deck.
- Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the poker hand rankings published on Betida’s website apply to all Poker Games.
- The rules and specifications for each particular Poker Game are provided in the lobby of that Poker Game (“Game Rules”).
- Once a player commences playing a particular Poker Game, the Game Rules become incorporated into the Agreement.

1.2. Connection and Server Issues
- Betida disclaims all liability for player losses due to internet disconnections during Poker Games.
- Betida may, at its sole discretion, compensate players affected by disconnections caused by Betida’s servers.
1.3. Prohibited Activities and Tools
Detailed rules on player conduct and third-party tool usage are defined in the Betida Poker Security & Ecology Policy, which all players must comply with.
1.4. Betida’s Rights
Betida reserves the right to:
- Restrict or remove players from Poker Games.
- Take any action against suspected breaches of the Agreement.
- Finally determine any disputes between players or with dealers.
1.5. References to “$”
All references to “$” or “USD” are indicative only.
Betida does not:
- Exchange or convert any currency.
- Guarantee the accuracy of USD-equivalent indications.
1.6. Calculations
- All game-related calculations (wins, losses, bets) are determined solely by Betida.
- Any disputes related to calculations will be resolved by Betida without liability.
1.7. VIP Progress
Betida Poker contributes towards VIP Progress and counts toward the platform wagering requirement.
2. Playing Rules
2.1. Minimum Amounts
In No Limit and Pot Limit Ring Games, the minimum amount required to be played equals the Big Blind.
2.2. Buying In
- “Table Stakes” means only amounts brought before a hand begins can be played.
- All Ring Games use Table Stakes.
- Buy-in limits vary by table and are displayed before joining.
- Players must play actively and not continuously sit out.
- Betida may remove inactive players.
2.3. ‘Going South’
- Leaving a table with more than the maximum buy-in restricts rejoining with a smaller buy-in for 60 minutes.
- No restriction if leaving stack ≤ maximum buy-in.
2.4. Connection and Server Issues
- No extra time is granted once the time bank depletes.
- Disconnected players’ hands are folded if facing action.
3. Tournament Rules
3.1. General
- Tournaments start promptly at the scheduled time.
- Betida may delay or cancel tournaments at its discretion.
- Seats are randomly assigned.
- Prizes are as stated in the tournament lobby.
- Rebuys require sufficient wallet funds.
- Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
- Unregistering is allowed until 30 seconds before start (if permitted).
- Refunds follow Betida’s Tournament Cancellation and Refund Policy.
- A tournament fee applies as stated in the lobby.
3.2. Eliminations
- Tournament ends when one player holds all chips.
- Software may rebalance tables for fairness.
- Participation implies acceptance of Betida’s software operations.
3.3. Breaks
- Break times are stated in the lobby.
- Usually occur hourly and last ~5 minutes.
- Players are responsible for returning on time.
3.4. Connection and Server Issues
- Timed-out players’ hands are folded.
- Disconnected players still post blinds/antes.
- “No sit-out agreements” are considered collusion.
3.5. Time Bank
- Each player has a time bank for decisions.
- If time expires, the bank activates automatically.
4. Bounty Tournament Rules
4.1. General
- Applies to tournaments awarding bounties for eliminating players.
- Buy-in breakdowns are displayed in the lobby.
- Bounties are awarded per elimination.
- If multiple eliminators, the bounty is split.
- Eliminated players keep any bounties earned.
- Tournament winners also receive their own bounty.
- Refunds for cancelled Bounty Tournaments are at Betida’s discretion.
5. All-in Tournament Rules
5.1. General
- All players are automatically “all-in” each hand.
- Prizes are awarded as per tournament lobby details.
- Applies to ‘All-in’, ‘Shootout’, and ‘All-in Shootout’ formats.
6. Sit ‘N’ Go Tournament Rules
6.1. General
- Begins when the required number of players register.
- Entry fee applies to each SNG.
- Refunds for cancelled SNGs are at Betida’s discretion.
7. Dealing Procedures and Round of Play
7.1. Game Commencement
Each player receives one face-up card; the highest card becomes the dealer.
Dealer position rotates clockwise after each hand.
The two players left of the dealer post Small Blind and Big Blind respectively.
7.2. Initial Deal and First Betting Round
Hole cards are dealt clockwise starting from the left of the dealer.
The first betting round begins afterward.
Players may call, fold, raise, or check (if applicable).
7.3. Community Cards
After the first betting round:
- Flop – three community cards dealt
- Turn – fourth community card
- River – fifth community card
Each followed by a betting round.
7.4. Showdown
If multiple players remain, they reveal hands to determine the winner.
Dealer position moves one seat clockwise.
7.5. Determining Winners
- Texas Hold’em: Best five-card hand from any combination of two hole cards and five community cards.
- Omaha: Must use exactly two of four (or five) hole cards and three community cards.
- Highest hand wins; ties split the pot.
