Poker Security & Ecology Policy

1. General

a. This Betida Poker Security & Ecology Policy (“SEP”) must be read in conjunction with the Betida Terms and Conditions and Card Room Rules, which together constitute a binding agreement (“Agreement”) between you (“User”) and Betida.
b. In case of any inconsistency between this SEP, the Terms and Conditions, the Card Room Rules, or any other rules applicable to Betida Poker, the resolution will follow this order of precedence:

1. Betida Terms and Conditions
2. Card Room Rules
3. This SEP
4. Any other rules applicable to Betida Poker
   c. This SEP is applicable to all poker games (excluding casino games) made accessible by Betida to the User on the Betida Poker page (“Poker Games” or “Poker Game”).
   d. In this Agreement, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.
   e. Unless otherwise defined in this SEP, capitalized terms shall have the meanings given to them in the Terms and Conditions.
   f. By playing any Poker Game, the User:

• (i) agrees to comply with all applicable Betida rules and policies;
• (ii) acknowledges that any breach may result in account removal, restriction, or suspension;
• (iii) agrees to be bound by Betida’s final and determinative decisions regarding Poker Games;
• (iv) acknowledges that this SEP is designed to create and maintain a healthy, fair, and enjoyable Poker ecosystem.

2. Enforcement Measures by Betida

a. Betida utilizes server-side monitoring technologies and other internal processes to detect and investigate Prohibited Activities and Behaviors or Prohibited Use of Auxiliary Tools or Services.
This includes but is not limited to:

• Fraudulent transaction detection
• Automated registration monitoring
• Geo-location and IP masking detection
• Transaction and blockchain analysis

b. Betida may, upon reasonable suspicion:

• (i) block and conduct a security check on any account, even during gameplay;
• (ii) after investigation, impose penalties based on confirmed violations.

c. Possible penalties include:

• Written warning
• Restriction of products or product types
• Temporary or permanent suspension from Betida products
• Removal or reduction of promotional rewards
• Confiscation of funds gained from violations

d. Users must cooperate fully with any Betida security investigation.

3. Prohibited Activities and Behaviors

Betida monitors and prohibits the following activities and behaviors in relation to Betida Poker:

• a. Use of real-time assistance: External tools that provide decision-making help (e.g., charts, apps, reference materials).
• b. Use of bots: Any automation software that plays without human input or assists in decision-making.
• c. Collusion: Conspiring with another user, sharing hand information, or playing non-aggressively against specific opponents.
• d. Multi-accounting: Creating or using multiple accounts to gain advantage in games or promotions.
• e. Bum hunting: Targeting weaker opponents or avoiding stronger ones.
• f. Data mining / mass data analysis: Collecting or sharing hand histories other than one’s own.
• g. Chip dumping: Intentionally losing chips to another user.
• h. Trespassing: Accessing Betida Poker with a prohibited or suspended account.
• i. Account sharing: Sharing login credentials or access with another individual.
• j. Hit and running: Leaving a table after winning a large pot to avoid giving opponents recovery chances.
• k. Hacking: Gaining unauthorized access to user accounts or systems.
• l. Predatory behavior: Exploiting unethical advantages such as grimming, buttoning, ratholing, or similar tactics.
• m. Circumvention: Manipulating the software or exploiting bugs for financial gain.
• n. Enhanced enforcement for VIP games: Any financial relationships (staking, swaps, profit-sharing, etc.) that affect VIP cash games or tournaments.

4. Prohibited Use of Auxiliary Tools or Services

a. Betida prohibits the use of any auxiliary tools or services that:

• (i) Facilitate Prohibited Activities or Behaviors (e.g., bots, VPNs, proxy servers, solver software, seating scripts, remote control software).
• (ii) Provide an unfair advantage or violate the Agreement in any way.
