• Provider Availability Policy (NetEnt Schedule)

1. Purpose & Scope

This Policy sets out jurisdictional availability rules and restrictions for NetEnt content on the Betida platform.
It must be read together with licence conditions, provider agreements, and Betida’s own restricted jurisdictions list.

2. Anjouan Licence Scope & Market Access

Betida will only make provider content available in markets where such activity is lawful and within the scope of Betida’s Anjouan gaming licence and any other required local permissions.
Where a local licence is required or a jurisdiction is prohibited by provider rules, access will be blocked.
Geofencing and KYC controls will be applied to enforce market access.

3. NetEnt – Absolute Restriction (Licence Requirement)

NetEnt will not permit NetEnt Casino Games to be supplied to any entity operating in the following jurisdictions without the appropriate licences:

Betida enforces provider and licensing restrictions through:

• IP / geolocation checks
• Device fingerprinting
• Payment rails screening
• KYC / AML measures

Where a session or transaction indicates a restricted territory or rule breach, the game will be disabled and access blocked.
Repeated or intentional breaches may lead to account action.
