4.2. You may not sell or transfer your Account to third parties, nor may you acquire a player account from a third party.

4.5. 6.5. We have the right to refuse, restrict, cancel, or limit any bet for any reason or reasons; this includes any bet made to circumvent deposit restrictions for fraudulent purposes or to bypass our system regulations.
6.6. Any amount accidentally credited to your account will remain our property and will be notified to you upon our knowledge of such an error, and the amount will be withdrawn from your account.
6.7. If for any reason an excessive amount appears in your account, you owe us the amount described above.

10.2. We make every effort to avoid errors when publishing betting odds. However, if a bet accepted due to human error or a system issue is significantly different from the odds available on the general market at the time it was placed, or is clearly erroneous considering the likelihood of the event occurring, we reserve the right to cancel or invalidate this bet. Similarly, we reserve the right to cancel or invalidate bets placed after an event has started.
10.3. We reserve the right to recover any overpaid amount from you and make adjustments to correct your account. This may apply, for example, in the event of an incorrect odds publication or an event result being entered incorrectly. If you do not have sufficient funds in your account, we may request that you pay us the outstanding amount relating to the incorrect bets. 11.1. The winner of an event is determined on the official date of the event's conclusion, and decisions that have been contested or subsequently changed for betting purposes will not be taken into account.
11.2. All published results are considered final after 72 hours, and no appeals will be accepted after this period. Corrections may only be made within 72 hours of the results being published due to human error, system error, or an error made by the official results provider.
11.3. If a match result is changed by the relevant governing body within the payment period, all amounts will be refunded.
11.4. If a draw occurs in a game where a draw option is offered, all bets on the team winning or losing are lost. If a draw option is not offered, everyone receives a refund if the match ends in a draw. If a draw option is not offered and extra time is played, the extra time period is taken into account.
11.5. If a result cannot be verified by us, for example, if the data stream broadcasting the event is interrupted and cannot be verified by another source, the relevant bets will be deemed invalid and refunded at our discretion.
11.6. The minimum and maximum bet amounts for all events are determined by Betida and may be changed without prior written notice. We also reserve the right to set limits on individual accounts.
11.7. Customers are fully responsible for their account transactions. A transaction cannot be changed once it has been completed. We are not responsible for incomplete or duplicate bets made by the customer, and claims regarding incomplete or duplicate bets will not be considered. Customers can check their transactions in the “My Account” section after each session.
11.8. As long as both teams are correct, the match is considered valid regardless of which league heading it is listed under on our website.
11.9. The start dates and times specified on the website for eSports matches are for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed to be accurate. If a match is suspended or postponed and does not restart within 72 hours of the scheduled start time, bets are void and refunded. However, bets on a team/player advancing in the tournament or winning the tournament remain valid even if the match is suspended or postponed.
11.10. If an event is published with an incorrect date, all bets are valid according to the official date announced by the relevant governing body.
11.11. If a team uses a substitute player, the result remains valid as this is the team's own choice.
11.12. Betida reserves the right to remove events, markets, and other products from the website.

12.1. All notifications and communications to be made to us by you under these Terms must be sent via the Customer Support form on the Website.
12.2. All notices and communications to be made by us to you under these Terms shall be made by publishing them on the Website and/or sending them to your Registered Email Address recorded in our system, unless otherwise specified. The method of communication is entirely at our discretion.
12.3. All notices and communications under these Terms shall be in writing and in English and shall be sent from the Registered Email Address registered in your account.

By accepting these Terms when registering on the Website, you agree to receive these emails. You may opt out of receiving promotional emails at any time by contacting Customer Support.
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to provide the Service due to Force Majeure events beyond our control, despite taking reasonable precautions. Such events include natural disasters, labor strikes, power outages, actions or omissions by public authorities, interruptions in telecommunications services, or delays caused by third parties. In such a case, we reserve the right to cancel or suspend the Service.
14.1. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we will not compensate you for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage (direct or indirect) resulting from our failure to perform our obligations under these Terms; except where we breach a duty imposed on us by law (including negligence resulting in death or personal injury). 14.2. If we are held liable under these Terms, our total liability will not exceed the lower of (A) the amount you wagered on your account in connection with the relevant bet/product or (B) EUR €500 in total.
14.3. We strongly recommend that you (I) check the compatibility of the Service with your own equipment; and (II) take reasonable precautions against malicious software, including installing antivirus software.
15.1. If we suspect you are under 18 or if it is determined that you have placed bets under the age of 18, your account will be suspended. Upon review:
