If You Need a Break

If you feel you are no longer able to control your gambling or gamble safely, you may request to self-exclude from using our Services. You can start the process at any time by emailing [email protected] or, once live, via the ‘Responsible Gaming’ page in your account.

Responsible gambling means gambling is conducted in a way that minimises potential harm. While individuals are responsible for their actions, operators also have responsibilities to provide safe products, tools and information.

Problem gambling occurs when a person loses control over their gambling and this loss of control negatively affects their life.

4. Customer Care Principles

Betida aims to provide a safe environment and to be proactive in promoting responsible gambling. We provide tools to help customers maintain control of their gambling and we train staff regularly on responsible gambling practices.

5. Responsible Gambling Measures

We are committed to:

• Allowing customers to self-exclude from betting with us;
• Providing clear responsible gambling information and messages;
• Training staff on responsible gambling at least annually;
• Referring customers affected by problem gambling to recognised support services;
• Reviewing our controls and practices periodically for effectiveness.

We aim to:

• Minimise gambling-related harm to individuals and the broader community;
• Enable customers to make informed decisions about their gambling;
• Ensure timely access to assistance and information;
• Promote a shared understanding of responsible gambling across customers, communities, industry and government;

6. Minors

Our Services are designed for persons aged 18+ (or the legal age in the customer’s jurisdiction). We actively take steps to prevent minors from accessing our platforms.

9. Self-Exclusion Conditions & Process

Self-exclusion means you will not be able to access your account or place wagers for a defined period or for an indefinite period.

How to request self-exclusion:

• Email from your registered email stating your request and preferred duration; or
• Use the in-account Responsible Gaming page (once available) to submit the request.

Effects of self-exclusion:

• Your account will be locked for the selected period (no access, deposits, wagers or withdrawals other than permitted payouts).
• While self-excluded you are not eligible for bonuses, rewards or promotions.
• Marketing communications from Betida will be suppressed to the extent technically feasible.

Duration and revocation:

• A fixed-term self-exclusion remains in place until the period lapses and cannot be revoked early.
• An indefinite self-exclusion remains in place for a minimum of 6 months. Reactivation is not automatic and will require your request and internal review.

Reasonable prevention and customer responsibility:

• We will take reasonable steps to prevent access and to close any new accounts we identify during your exclusion. However, you must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion (e.g., by creating new accounts or changing details).
• If you open or use additional accounts during a self-exclusion, wagers may be voided and promotions forfeited. Losses incurred during the exclusion will not be refunded.
